The ultrasonic power generator achieves maximum electrical power while maintaining load, and the purpose of tuning and matching is to make the transducer as close as possible to the pure resistance state and reduce reactive power components. When piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers operate near their resonant frequency, they are generally capacitive due to the influence of static capacitance. If the signal source is directly connected to the transducer, a portion of the reactive power component will be generated, resulting in a relative decrease in the active power of the transducer. Therefore, it is necessary to match the opposite inductance at the output end of the ultrasonic power supply to make its load a pure resistor.
