The control power generator of Ultrasonic cleaning is a frequency sweeping ultrasonic cleaning power supply for Ultrasonic cleaning, belonging to the ultrasonic technical field. Due to the dual functions of physical cleaning and chemical cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning has a wide range of applications. The main power circuit consists of a rectifier, filter, half bridge inverter circuit, transformer, and resonant circuit. The control circuit generates a sweeping control signal with a certain bandwidth to drive the power transistor in the main circuit. The control circuit consists of integrated circuits, power transistors, pulse transformers, operational amplifiers, voltage comparators, etc.
