The frequency of transducer vibrator of high-power ultrasonic welding machine refers to the frequency measured by frequency generator, millivolt meter and other transmission line methods using impedance characteristic analyzer. It is often called small signal frequency. The opposite is the on-board frequency, that is, the actual operating frequency measured when the customer connects the sensor to the inverter power supply through a cable and energizes or empties it after energizing. Because the matching circuit of customers is different, the frequency of the same transducer with different driving power is also different.
