Piezoelectric ceramic ultrasonic transducer is a mechanical motion in which electrical energy is converted into mechanical energy through piezoelectric ceramic plates, and amplified and propagated through structural components. The larger the size of the piezoelectric ceramic ultrasonic transducer, the greater the output power, and the lower the corresponding frequency. The smaller the size, the higher the corresponding frequency.
The core component of an ultrasonic welding machine is a piezoelectric ceramic ultrasonic transducer. Piezoelectric ceramic materials are generally polycrystalline materials manufactured using high-temperature sintering and other processes, which have good moisture resistance, wear resistance, and high temperature resistance, and high hardness. Piezoelectric ceramic materials also determine the quality of ultrasonic transducers. Black piezoelectric ceramic chips are PZT4 series piezoelectric ceramic materials with high dielectric constant, high electromechanical coupling coefficient, and other advantages, which are generally suitable for medium power ultrasonic cleaning applications.
