Precautions for installing transducers from our company:
1. Select appropriate materials and adjust the hardness process to process and produce the variable amplitude pole and working head.
2. When installing the amplitude converter or working head, it is necessary to pay attention to frequency matching and apply sound conductive adhesive at the joint.
3. Use solvents such as acetone to clean the joined surface during installation
4. Establish an impedance control process for the bonding process to reduce the bonding impedance of the oscillator and improve its electro-acoustic conversion efficiency.
5. Pay attention to improving the insulation measures of the oscillator electrode after installation.
