Aiming at the problem of resonance frequency drift of ultrasonic transducer in ultrasonic machining system, the impedance model of transducer and tool handle is established by studying the equivalent circuit of transducer at resonance frequency, and the relationship between parameters and impedance model is deduced. On this basis, a frequency tracking controller is designed to obtain an ultrasonic processing frequency tracking control system that meets the processing requirements.
