The PCB driving circuit of low frequency ultrasonic circuit board realizes the control circuit of ultrasonic inverter power supply by digitalization. This paper innovatively uses FPGA to build an all digital frequency tracking system – digital phase locked loop and all digital power regulation system – digital pulse width modulation and digital PID regulation, thus replacing the traditional analog phase locked loop chip CD4046 and analog pulse width modulation control chip SG3525, which has greatly improved the accuracy, rapidity and flexibility of control.
