The frequency sweeping signal source of circuit board of 28KHZ-40KHZ ultrasonic transducer uses STM32F103 single chip microcomputer as the core to realize high-precision Sawtooth wave frequency sweeping. Since the series resonant frequency of ultrasonic power transducer does not fluctuate beyond the range of 3k Hz under normal working conditions, in order to save the time of frequency sweeping when starting up, the frequency sweeping range is set to 4k Hz, the scanning starting point is 28k Hz, and the frequency sweeping accuracy is up to 10Hz, 100us scans a frequency point. The advanced timer TIM1 of STM32 single-chip microcomputer is used to output two channels of complementary PWM waves with Dead time and adjustable duty cycle. The Dead time is set to 110ns. The scanning speed is controlled by timer interrupt, and the duty cycle is controlled by external key circuit
