Ultrasonic technology is a new type of multi frequency ultrasonic extraction synthesis reaction device as a physical means, mainly used to explore the comparative experiments of different frequencies and powers of ultrasonic waves on molecular cleaning, cracking and recombination of different substances, and obtain a new reaction and substance through specific means.
The ultrasonic extraction machine mainly consists of a high-power ultrasonic generation system, a heating system, a compressor refrigeration system, a temperature measurement and control system, a reflux condensation system, and a stirring internal circulation system.
The ultrasonic extraction machine consists of two parts: an ultrasonic extraction system and an ultrasonic drive system (ultrasonic generator).
Extraction system
Mainly including ultrasonic transducers, ultrasonic amplitude transformers, and ultrasonic tool heads for generating ultrasonic vibration and emitting this vibration energy into the liquid.
Ultrasonic transducer
The conversion of input electrical energy into mechanical energy is represented by the transducer moving back and forth in the longitudinal direction, with an amplitude typically of a few micrometers.
Ultrasonic horn
Due to the insufficient amplitude generated by the ultrasonic transducer, it is necessary to connect the ultrasonic amplitude transformer. According to the design requirements, the amplitude should be amplified to isolate the reaction solution and the ultrasonic transducer, while also serving to fix the entire ultrasonic vibration equipment.
Ultrasonic tool head
Connected to the amplitude transformer, the amplitude transformer transmits ultrasonic energy vibration to the tool head, which then emits ultrasonic energy into the chemical reaction liquid for ultrasonic extraction.
driving system
Ultrasonic generator
Generate high-frequency high-power current to drive the ultrasonic vibration components to work. The power of the ultrasonic generator can be adjusted to adapt to different working conditions. The generator can also integrate a time sequence controller as needed to set and control the ultrasonic vibration time and intermittent time.
