High power ultrasonic vibration rod traditional Chinese medicine extraction: refers to the efficient extraction of useful substances by ultrasonic vibration friction for the crushing (fragmentation) of Chinese herbal medicine cells, achieving pollution-free extraction. Compared with conventional extraction techniques, ultrasonic assisted extraction is fast, cost-effective, large-area, efficient, safe, low-cost, and widely applicable.
The optimal temperature for extracting medicinal materials with high-power ultrasonic vibration rods is between 30-50 degrees Celsius, so there is no need to equip a boiler to provide steam heating, which is beneficial for energy conservation and environmental pollution improvement.
