The function of ultrasound is not only to prevent the formation of scale and maintain the output parameters of the thermal power device, but also to improve the output parameters (thermal efficiency). This is because the vibration of the pipe wall and water can generate micro water flow, and the vibration of the pipe wall can reduce liquid resistance, increase water flow velocity, and thus increase the heat transfer effect on the pipe surface. Usually, when ultrasonic waves are used, the boiler contains oxygen in the air, which is stored in small cracks on the inner surface of the water pipe. As a result of ultrasonic vibration reducing liquid resistance, water flow can easily remove oxygen from these small cracks, thereby avoiding oxygen corrosion of the water pipe metal.
