The high-power ultrasonic generator driver board integrates advanced ultrasonic cleaning technology from Japan and Europe and America, uses the latest circuit design concept, adopts a separate excitation circuit controlled by a microcomputer, and has a unique frequency automatic tracking and scanning working mode. It has stable and reliable operation, and the ultrasonic power is continuously adjustable. Based on the current development status of ultrasonic power supply and the specific requirements of ultrasonic cleaning machines, the basic structure of the main circuit and the control circuit of the power supply have been proposed. The theoretical design and experiments of the main circuit and control circuit have been carried out on the physical object.
The design circuit of the high-power ultrasonic generator driver board mainly adopts the application of chips in ultrasonic power control. By controlling the phase shift angle of the full bridge phase change circuit with chips, the power of the output signal can be changed. By controlling the magnitude of the phase shift angle, the duty cycle output signal can be controlled to achieve the purpose of adjusting the load output power. The high-power design of a complete bridge circuit is adopted, and a chip based control circuit is designed.
The design of the adapter circuit for the high-power ultrasonic generator driver board and the execution transducer enables the ultrasonic cleaning machine to effectively perform cleaning work. We also studied and understood the automatic frequency tracking system of the cleaning machine to ensure efficient operation of the stable ultrasonic cleaning machine. We modified the theoretical design of the entire system’s experimental data, so that the design of the ultrasonic cleaning machine system is feasible and the performance indicators meet the design requirements, This includes mobile cleaning, loading, and unloading of the main body of the metal frame, so the installation of the main metal structure has different requirements.
