The multi frequency ultrasonic power supply is mainly composed of input power supply, signal modulation and spread spectrum, power amplification and ultrasonic energy conversion, and input electrical sub sources such as device output. The input power supply adopts a linear regulated power supply, which converts AC power into stable DC power, providing reliable energy for the entire system. To ensure the stability of the power supply, the input power supply should also have functions such as overvoltage protection and overcurrent protection. Signal modulation and spread spectrum signal modulation and spread spectrum are implemented using FPGA, which can convert certain regular digital signals into analog signals, and modulate and spread the signals to better drive the ultrasonic transducer body. For example, an FPGA receives digital signals from a microcontroller, converts them into analog signals, modulates and spreads the analog signals, and finally outputs them to a power amplifier.
