Ultrasonic driving power supply is the core module of ultrasonic cleaning, which can be divided into separate excitation and self-excitation based on different excitation methods. Currently, due to the controllability and stability of separate excitation driving methods, they are widely used. However, self-excitation driving methods are still a viable driving solution for household use due to their simple circuit and low cost. Currently, there are few studies on the civilian use of ultrasonic cleaning, and there is also a lack of research on home appliance applications.
This article adopts a self-excited driving scheme (MOS transistor) to apply to a sink dishwasher and conducts experimental research and analysis on its performance. It is found that water level has a certain impact on ultrasonic power, and simple static capacitance and matching inductance have little impact on power. В то же время, a design circuit module that has passed EMI testing is provided. The self-excited ultrasonic driving scheme (MOS transistor one driven two) used in this article has low cost and good cleaning effect.
Self excited ultrasonic drive circuit boards are mainly used in household ultrasonic dishwashers, digital ultrasonic cleaning machines, robotic ultrasonic cleaning machines, medical ultrasonic cleaning machines, and so on.
