The practical control technology of 40KHZ ultrasonic circuit PCB circuit board has become a hot research topic at home and abroad. This article summarizes the driving control technology of ultrasonic motors at home and abroad, as well as the design theory and experience of their driving power supply. It analyzes the impedance characteristics of the motor and the influencing factors of resonance frequency drift. On this basis, this paper proposes a frequency tracking method based on keeping the phase difference between the motor driving voltage and current constant, and designs a new type of ultrasonic motor driving power supply.
