The self-excited circuit has no signal source and integrates oscillation, power amplifier, output transformer, and transducer to form a closed-loop loop. The loop satisfies the amplitude and phase feedback conditions to form a power amplifier oscillator. And resonate at the mechanical resonance frequency of the transducer. The circuit of the separate excitation method consists of two parts, namely the signal source part and the signal amplification part. The signal source part adopts a CPU as the core signal generation and control part, generating a square wave signal to supply the signal amplification circuit; The signal amplification section amplifies the signal generated by the signal source and outputs it to the ultrasonic transducer. The difference in output circuit and voltage of ultrasonic power supplies with different circuits is an important reason for the high and low propagation efficiency. At present, the mainstream ultrasonic power supply in the market only samples the power frequency current and cannot accurately control the ultrasonic output power; The ultrasonic frequency is output at a fixed frequency or swept with a given frequency bandwidth, and this form of power frequency does not change with changes in transducer parameters. Mainstream ultrasonic generators do not have communication functions and cannot be applied as components in integrated systems.
