The input type ultrasonic oscillator vibration plate box installs the ultrasonic oscillator in a stainless steel box, then welds and seals it, and then installs it on the inner wall of the cleaning tank (which can be installed at the bottom or side according to the cleaning purpose) or puts it into the cleaning tank by hand, and transmits vibration to the cleaning solution through it for cleaning. Internationally, ultrasonic cleaning machines for large equipment generally use this type, which has the advantages of low noise and convenient maintenance operations (users can easily remove the oscillator box and send it to the manufacturer for repair). Of course, the cost of this cleaning machine is slightly higher than that of directly installing the vibrator type.
