Ultrasonic transducer is the core component of welding machine, which is mainly composed of vibrator and amplitude modulation. Its function is to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy through the simple harmonic vibration of vibrator itself and drive the resonance of the whole transducer under the stimulation of electrical signals. The transducer vibrator adopts a sandwich structure, which is composed of prestressed bolts clamping the front and rear driving blocks, piezoelectric wafers and electrode sheets. The front drive block and the AM are assembled by connecting screws.
