The sound intensity measuring instrument utilizes the positive piezoelectric properties of piezoelectric ceramics, known as the piezoelectric effect. When we apply a force to a piezoelectric ceramic, it can convert that force into an electrical signal. Under the same conditions, the stronger the force, the higher the voltage. If the magnitude of the force changes in a certain period, the piezoelectric ceramic outputs an AC voltage signal of the same frequency. Due to cavitation and other disturbances, the actual voltage waveform is the superposition of a main wave and many secondary waves. The precision ultrasonic frequency (energy) analyzer produced by our company can visually observe the actual working waveform and read the sound intensity value.
