Based on the analysis of the research on the frequency tracking and speed stabilization control methods of ultrasonic power supply at home and abroad, the problem of over current of transducer and ultrasonic power supply in the traditional constant current speed stabilization control is pointed out. In view of this problem, according to the mechanical and electrical equivalent circuit of transducer, the causes of over current in the traditional constant current speed stabilization control are analyzed in this paper, and a new method of transducer speed stabilization control is proposed to solve this problem, That is, asymmetric automatic speed stabilization control method.
