In vibrating screens, ultrasonic transducers are an important component. Its main function is to convert the input ultrasonic vibration energy into mechanical vibration energy, thereby achieving high-frequency vibration of the screen surface. This high-frequency vibration can enable more effective separation and screening of materials on the screen surface.
The principle of ultrasonic transducers is based on the inverse piezoelectric effect. When a high-frequency electrical signal is applied to a piezoelectric crystal, the crystal will generate high-frequency mechanical vibration due to the inverse piezoelectric effect. This high-frequency mechanical vibration is further transmitted to the screen surface, causing the screen surface to produce high-frequency vibration. By designing the structure and size of ultrasonic transducers reasonably, their vibration frequency and amplitude can be adjusted to meet the screening requirements of different materials.
