2、 Riveting welding method: The ultrasonic wave ultra-high frequency vibration welding head is pressed against the protruding tip of the plastic product, causing it to instantly heat and melt into the shape of a rivet, allowing different materials to be mechanically riveted together. 3、 Implantation: By using the transmission of the welding head and appropriate pressure, metal parts (such as nuts, screws, etc.) are instantly squeezed into the reserved plastic holes and fixed at a certain depth. After completion, regardless of tension or torque, the strength of the traditional mold can be comparable to that of the internal molding, which can avoid the disadvantages of damage to the injection mold and slow injection.
4、 Forming: This method is similar to the riveting welding method, in which a concave welding head is pressed onto the outer ring of a plastic product. After the welding head emits ultra-high frequency ultrasonic waves, the plastic is melted into shape and coated on a metal object to fix it, with a smooth and beautiful appearance. This method is often used for fixing and forming electronic products, horns, and cosmetic lenses.
5、 Spot welding: A. Splicing two pieces of plastic at different points does not require pre designed welding lines to achieve the purpose of welding. B. For larger workpieces that are difficult to design welding lines, spot welding can be carried out to achieve fusion effect, and multiple points can be spot welded at the same time.
6、 Cutting and sealing: Using the principle of ultrasonic instantaneous vibration to cut chemical fiber fabrics, its advantages include smooth and clean cuts without cracking or wire drawing.
