The ultrasonic rod removes liquid bubbles that detach under acoustic bubbles and vibration, and the ultrasonic wave will reduce the concentration of bubbles in the liquid to below the original equilibrium level. The bubble concentration will slowly approach the initial equilibrium level again, and the liquid will not be exposed to any bubbles. Ultrasonic waves improve the rise of small suspended bubbles towards the liquid surface, and the ultrasonic rod removes liquid bubbles, thereby reducing the contact time between bubbles and the liquid.
