We conducted a series of experimental tests to verify the correctness and reliability of this design for the multi frequency ultrasonic power cleaning system. Specifically, we selected test data from different frequencies for analysis and compared these data with traditional analog frequency modulation techniques. By comparing the experimental results, it can be seen that the designed multi frequency ultrasonic power supply has the advantages of high accuracy, good stability, and strong scalability, which can meet the needs of different fields.
