The PCB circuit of low-frequency ultrasonic circuit board takes the DSP chip of TI company, tml320f28335, as the core control chip, and develops a 3kW ultrasonic power supply prototype, which is verified by simulation and experiment. The experimental results show that the designed ultrasonic power supply can adjust the output power, and the variable step frequency tracking method based on automatic identification can identify the resonant frequency of the transducer, which has the characteristics of good output dynamic response and short transition time.
