Finally, through the verification of the control algorithm in the labsoftware and experimental tests, it shows that the algorithm in this paper is feasible and can realize the automatic frequency tracking of Xi power ultrasonic power supply. Through the hardware use of DDS to achieve accurate frequency tracking. The test results show that the developed ultrasonic power supply has the advantages of fast and accurate frequency tracking, and can realize the stable and efficient operation of the system
