An important application of ultrasonic mixing stirring vibrator is to disperse and depolymerize solids in liquid to achieve the purpose of stirring. The high shear force produced by ultrasonic cavitation of ultrasonic mixing stirring vibrating rod is the power source to achieve this goal. The ultrasonic mixing and stirring vibrating rod needs to be realized by forced convection and uniform mixing device, namely the stirrer. Through stirring, the reactants are fully mixed and evenly heated, so as to shorten the reaction time and improve the reaction efficiency.
The ultrasonic mixing stirring vibrating rod generates small vacuum bubbles in the liquid, and the vacuum bubbles break violently in the process of high-pressure circulation, which is called cavitation. The implosion of cavitation bubbles causes strong hydrodynamic shear force. The shear force can make the reactants fully mixed and shorten the reaction time.
