The working principle of high-frequency ultrasonic cleaning transducers is mainly to convert high-frequency electrical signals into high-frequency mechanical vibrations through the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics, thereby generating ultrasonic waves. When ultrasonic waves act on the workpiece to be cleaned, they cause resonance between the surface and internal dirt of the workpiece, thereby loosening the dirt and ultimately rinsing it clean through flowing water.
