The plate of the vibration box is generally made of stainless steel, preferably SUS316L, with a thickness of usually 2.0 or 2.5mm. The vibration surface needs to be treated with a special coating. Some manufacturers may use cheap vibration plate materials to save costs, which is highly undesirable and may lead to cracking and water leakage of the vibration box during the warranty period.
The following method is commonly used in the industry to calculate the ultrasonic power required to be configured in the sink:
When the depth of the cleaning medium is less than 40cm, calculate the vibration box power using an area power density of 0.6W~1W/cm2.
When the depth of the cleaning medium is greater than 40cm, the vibration box power is calculated based on the volume power density of 10W~30W/cm3.
Due to limitations in the arrangement of transducers, ultrasonic rods should be used instead of vibration boxes when the power density requirements cannot be met by box type ultrasound.
