An important application of ultrasonic mixing and stirring vibrating rods is to disperse and depolymerize solids in liquids to achieve the purpose of stirring. The high shear force generated by the ultrasonic cavitation of the ultrasonic mixing and stirring vibrating rod is the power source to achieve this goal. The implosion of cavitation bubbles causes strong hydrodynamic shear forces. Shear force can fully mix reactants and shorten reaction time.
