The ultrasonic cleaning stage uses high-frequency vibration to loosen the dirt, grease, and other substances attached to the surface of the mold, causing them to detach from the mold surface. This step can effectively remove most of the stains and residues, laying the foundation for subsequent electrolytic cleaning.
Next is the electrolytic cleaning stage. In this step, the cleaning machine utilizes the principle of electrolysis to generate hydrogen and oxygen plasma by applying voltage between the anode and cathode. These ionomers have strong oxidizing properties and can quickly decompose and remove residual stains, olejové skvrny, and other residues. At the same time, the small bubbles generated during the electrolysis process will also cause detailed flushing on the surface of the mold, further enhancing the cleaning effect.
