Manufacturing piezoelectric ceramic chips requires multiple steps, including batching, mixing, forming, firing, polarization, etc. In the ingredient stage, it is necessary to select appropriate raw materials, such as barium titanate, zirconia, etc., and weigh them according to the formula ratio. The mixing stage is to mix the raw materials evenly in a ball mill to prepare a slurry. The forming stage involves coating the slurry on the substrate and forming a thin film through drying and degreasing treatment. The firing stage involves heating the thin film to a high temperature to complete phase transition and crystal growth. The polarization stage is to apply a direct current high-voltage electric field to the fired ceramic, so that the internal electric dipoles of the ceramic are oriented along the direction of the electric field, forming a piezoelectric effect.
