Ultrasonic driving power supply is the core module of ultrasonic cleaning, which can be divided into separate excitation and self-excitation based on different excitation methods. It is found that water level has a certain impact on ultrasonic power, and simple static capacitance and matching inductance have little impact on power. At the same time, a design circuit module that has passed EMI testing is provided. The self-excited ultrasonic driving scheme (MOS transistor one driven two) used in this article has low cost and good cleaning effect.
