Basic structure of vibration plate box for ultrasonic cleaning machine
The entire device consists of three basic parts:
1. เครื่องกําเนิดอัลตราโซนิก (electrical control box)
2. ตัวแปลงสัญญาณอัลตราโซนิก (its function is to convert electrical energy into mechanical kinetic energy)
3. Ultrasonic vibration plate box body (all stainless steel material)
4. Cable connection line (signal connection between ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic transducer)
III. Scope of use of ultrasonic cleaning machine vibration plate box:
1. Mechanical steel and iron hardware parts are degreased using alkaline effective cleaning agents.
2. Phosphating of mechanical steel and iron hardware parts, using a three in one cleaning agent of degreasing, rust removal, and phosphating.
3. Pure aluminum and aluminum alloy parts, using neutral aluminum surface cleaning agent.
4. Use neutral cleaning agents for copper and other non-ferrous metal parts.
5. Electroplating hardware parts, using metal degreaser and polishing wax remover.
