High frequency ultrasonic cleaning generator is a device that uses ultrasonic vibration to generate high-frequency impacts. It is widely used in cleaning precision parts, optical instruments, jewelry and other fields. The high-frequency ultrasonic cleaning generator mainly consists of two parts: an ultrasonic generator and an ultrasonic transducer. The ultrasonic generator generates high-frequency electrical signals, which are converted into mechanical energy through transducers, thereby generating high-frequency shocks. When the cleaning solution comes into contact with the ultrasonic transducer, the high-frequency impact generated by the transducer shatters the cleaning solution into small bubbles. These bubbles, when rapidly diffusing and collapsing, generate strong impact force and jet, thereby removing dirt and impurities from the surface of the object.
