The piezoelectric ultrasonic circuit board circuit driven transducer is mainly summarized as follows:
(1) The equivalent resonance model of ultrasonic transducer is established, its equivalent circuit is studied according to the lumped parameters, and its series resonance characteristics are analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for the scheme design of ultrasonic generator.
(2) According to the characteristics of ultrasonic transducer, the overall block diagram of hardware circuit of ultrasonic generator is designed, and the specific functions of each sub module and its electrical connection mode are determined to meet the performance requirements of digital ultrasonic generator.
(3) According to the requirements of wire bonding process, the output characteristics of ultrasonic generator are analyzed, the real time tracking circuit of phase locked loop is established, and the programs of resonance frequency scanning, resonance frequency automatic locking and communication module with host computer are written to achieve stable and reliable ultrasonic output.
(4) The performance test and overall commissioning and optimization of the ultrasonic generator are carried out, the functions of each sub module are tested, integrated into the automatic wire bonder, the performance is optimized according to the actual bonding requirements, and a digital ultrasonic generator meeting the needs of high-performance wire bonder is designed.
