The complex sound field contains signals such as fundamental frequency, subharmonics, high-order harmonics, and continuous noise. Relevant studies have shown that as the power density increases, The subharmonic signal will not be submerged by the background signal, so the subharmonic detection method is used to detect the cavitation state. However, the traditional subharmonic detection method is carried out in stable or transient cavitation states with high ultrasonic power density.
