Therefore, a horn type composite oscillator structure is generally adopted, which is composed of front and rear metal cover plates, piezoelectric ceramic chips, pre-stressed screws, electrode plates, and insulation sleeves. The front and rear metal cover plates and pre-stressed screws clamp the entire ceramic chip to prevent it from breaking during high-speed vibration. By applying appropriate prestress, the transducer has good electromechanical conversion efficiency under high-power and high amplitude conditions.
