The low frequency ultrasonic circuit board uses its electrical resistance model to analyze the effect of different driving frequencies on the phase difference of voltage and current at both ends of the ultrasonic transducer. At the same time, PLL phase locking method is used to track the frequency of the system. The control methods are divided into two kinds: PID control and fuzzy adaptive PID control, which are analyzed and compared respectively. The two control methods are verified by experiments.
