The transducer of high-power ultrasonic welding machine is the core component of ultrasonic welding equipment, and its performance directly affects the welding effect and the working efficiency of the equipment. The function of a transducer is to convert high-frequency electrical energy into mechanical vibration energy, and connect materials through the transmission of ultrasonic waves.
The transducer mainly consists of piezoelectric ceramic oscillators, front and rear cover plates, pre tightened bolts, electrodes, and insulation pipes. Among them, the piezoelectric ceramic oscillator is the core part of the transducer, which has the function of converting electrical energy into mechanical energy. When the piezoelectric ceramic oscillator is subjected to high-frequency voltage, it will undergo stretching deformation, thereby exciting ultrasonic waves. These ultrasonic waves are transmitted to the amplitude lever of the welding machine through the front and rear cover plates and pre tightened bolts, ultimately achieving material welding.
