Some common equipment in the 80khz 60W high-frequency ultrasonic cleaning of transducer oscillators requires the installation of ultrasonic transducers for operation. However, most of these devices are fixed by bolts when installing ultrasonic transducers, which are prone to slipping after long-term use, resulting in poor stability between the ultrasonic transducer and the equipment, The separation of the ultrasonic transducer from the equipment makes it impossible for the equipment to continue working through the ultrasonic transducer, greatly reducing the efficiency of the equipment and even causing damage to the ultrasonic transducer, making it unable to function properly and greatly reducing the service life of the ultrasonic transducer. To this end, we propose an installation structure for ultrasonic transducers.
