The load of ultrasonic cleaning is generally composed of a transducer array composed of multiple sandwich transducers. After bonding, the frequency distribution is within a certain range. Currently, the industry usually adopts two methods. One is to use “frequency tracking” technology, which uses certain algorithms (often based on output power) to find a working point and work near it. One method is to use frequency sweep technology, which specifies a bandwidth and scans the frequency modulated signal back and forth within the bandwidth of the transducer array.
