The design of ultrasonic cleaning generator not only requires precise engineering technology, but also integrates the profound principles of physics to ensure its efficient and safe operation. In the design process, our first consideration is the frequency selection of the generator. Ultrasonic waves of different frequencies have a significant impact on cleaning effectiveness. High frequency ultrasonic waves are suitable for cleaning small gaps, while low frequency waves can effectively remove stubborn stains on the surface of large components. Therefore, our generator design has a frequency adjustable function to meet the needs of different application scenarios.
In order to ensure that the ultrasonic energy can be evenly distributed into the cleaning solution, we have adopted advanced transducer array technology. These transducers not only have high conversion efficiency, but their arrangement has been precisely calculated to maximize and evenly distribute ultrasonic energy in the cleaning solution. Navíc, we have designed an intelligent feedback system that can monitor the cleaning effect in real time and automatically adjust the intensity and frequency of ultrasonic waves as needed to achieve optimal cleaning efficiency. We use corrosion-resistant and high-strength alloy materials to manufacture the core components of the generator to ensure its long-term stable operation. At the same time, we also pay attention to the environmental performance of the generator, adopting a low-energy design to reduce its impact on the environment.
