3. Install the cleaning tank. Place the cleaning tank above the ultrasonic cleaning generator to ensure that the tank is stable and tightly adheres to the equipment. During the installation process, attention should be paid to the sealing of the tank body to prevent leakage during the cleaning process.
4. Connect the inlet and outlet pipes. Connect the inlet pipe to the water source to ensure it is stable and pollution-free. At the same time, connect the drainage pipe to the drainage outlet to ensure that the wastewater generated during the cleaning process can be discharged smoothly.
5. Install ultrasonic transducers. According to the equipment manual, install the ultrasonic transducer at the bottom of the cleaning tank. During the installation process, it is necessary to ensure that the position of the transducer is accurate and firmly fixed to avoid affecting the cleaning effect.
