An important application of ultrasonic mixing and stirring vibrating rods is to disperse and depolymerize solids in liquids to achieve the purpose of stirring. The implosion of cavitation bubbles causes strong hydrodynamic shear forces. Shear force can fully mix reactants and shorten reaction time.
