In order to realize the ultrasonic generator to track the resonance frequency of the handle, the electrical modeling and phase characteristics of the handle are studied, and the controller is designed. The results are as follows: accurate models of ultrasonic transducer and ultrasonic tool holder, the relationship between their resonance frequency and various variables, the improvement of broadband frequency scanning method, PID controller suitable for frequency tracking of ultrasonic processing system and fuzzy adaptive PID controller with better control effect. Optimize the performance of frequency tracking of ultrasonic machining system, so that the system can track the resonance frequency of ultrasonic transducer more quickly and accurately.
